Bing has teamed with Xtranormal, the next generation filmmakers who bring movie-making to the people, to give anyone a shot at fame and fortune, over $10,000 in prizes and for the first time ever- their likeness memorialized as an Xtranormal character for life. Until April 14th, we invite you to visit: http://www.xtranormal.com/bing/ and create a 2 minute (or under) video highlighting the theme “decisions” across three genres: horror, action and romance.
Judges including Fisher Stevens, iJustine and Jason C. Henry, SVP/TV Development with Ryan Seacrest Productions will select the winners for each category, with a grand prize presented at Bing’s party at the Tribeca Film Festival on April 26th. When asked about her role as judge, iJustine had this to say: “I’m really excited to be involved in this project because, honestly, I’d rather do the judging than be the judged! Xtranormal and Bing have teamed up on something really fun here and I can’t wait to see the creativity and shear ridiculousness that the entrants come up with. Bring on the videos!”
For those not familiar with Xtranormal, their mission is to bring movie-making to the people. Everyone watches movies and they make it easy for anyone to make movies. Their approach to movie-making builds on an almost universally held skill—typing. You type something; they turn it into a movie.
Our goal at Bing is to help you make informed decisions and this contest will highlight a whole new look at decisions.
Will he get the tattoo? Will she open the coffin? Will they decide to break-up? Which decision will inspire you?
Roll film!
