Microsoft OneNote for iOS now available, lets you create and edit notes on the go

Microsoft OneNote Mobile for iOSMicrosoft has released OneNote Mobile for the iPhone, iPad and iPod touch today, and it's the first application in the Office suite to make it to iOS. Microsoft's SkyDrive storage is used to sync notes between the iOS app and the other OneNote clients (for Windows, Web, and Windows Phone 7).

OneNote Mobile lets you access, create, and edit your notes and lists on your iOS device. You can create notes that include text, pictures, bullets, and checkboxes -- and combining some or all of those can easily result in shopping lists, To Do lists, trip preparations, and many other useful types of notes. You can also organize your notes into sections or access the notebooks you've created in OneNote 2010 for Windows or the OneNote Web App. OneNote Mobile gives you quick access to your recent notes, and you can easily check To Do items off while on the go.

Microsoft OneNote Mobile for iOS is available for free for a limited time only. It will work on any iOS device that is running iOS 4.2 or newer, and requires a Windows Live ID.
